Dominic Geric – Principal
Dominic has directed Landtec Companies since its inception. His success in a highly competitive business stems from his vast and varied experience in land acquisition, project development and management along with real estate sales. He is a member of the Macomb Township Board of Review, the Southeastern Michigan Builders Association, the Northwest Arkansas Home Builders Association, the Bentonville Bella Vista Board of Realtors and the Arkansas and Missouri Real Estate Commissions.

Christopher Ozdarski, CPA - Senior Controller
Christopher has been a part of the team since its inception. As a member of the accounting staff he currently plays a significant roll in tax planning, tax preparation, project financing, technology support, and many other areas of day-to-day business management. Christopher earned his BS in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Diana Geric, CPA - Controller
Diana handles all the financial accounting for Landtec Companies and oversees investor relations. A graduate of Oakland University, with a BS in Business Administration, Ms. Geric is an experienced financial manager in construction, development and real estate and is well versed in bank-related issues. She is also a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Richard Rizzo - Project Manager
Richard has a broad range of responsibilities and is involved with every Landtec endeavor. He is experienced in all aspects of project development, from site design to permit processing to construction; and in every genre, from residential to commercial to industrial. Mr. Rizzo has a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers.

Michael Garzoni - Real Estate • Land Acquisitions
Michael is responsible for real estate acquisitions and land development for all Landtec endeavors and is constantly seeking new opportunities for Landtec Companies. A licensed commercial real estate broker, Mr. Garzoni oversaw the disposition of K-mart Corporation’s excess properties and is a specialist in the acquisition of vacant land and golf courses. He also provides full service real estate consulting as a liaison to financial institutions and corporations. Mr. Garzoni holds a law degree from the University of Detroit.
